I was wondering if you might also be able to help my girlfriend who
has a situation with her computer as well. She believes it has a virus
and that everything needs to be reinstalled because she can no longer
even turn it back on. It'd be great if you could fix it.

Just a brief note to say thanks for stopping by last evening - the
computer is running better than ever now - I transferred my other tablet
to this machine and downloaded the drivers and installed same -
everything works perfectly now.

After being told by my company's very capable IT specialist that the
data on one of my hard drives was 'unallocated' and unretrievable, I
called Didi Computers. They not only recovered every single bit of data,
they installed a new hard drive and fan into my computer and then
transferred the saved data to the new drive. They even came to my office
to pick up my computer and new drive the day after I dropped off the bad
drive & they determined they could get info off it. This was all
accomplished quickly, and I was charged no "hidden" fees once they
succeeded. I'm telling all my friends about Didi Computers.
